Shipping:

Orders are shipped UPS C.O.D. (unless prepaid with a credit card) or the most efficient method for desired arrival time. Return authorization is required for all returns, please call 954-921-9929 or email Jane@missjanes.net. Notice of goods damaged in shipment must be received within five (5) working days of receipt of order.

Delivery Time:

Please allow sufficient time for your orders as these items are all handmade. Delivery is one to four weeks.

Returns:

All sales are final. Exchanges (only) allowed within 30 days of order.

Guarantees:

Miss Jane's guarantees jewelry against defects from 30 days of receipt of order. Defective goods may be returned for exchange in this same time frame. We reserve the right to inspect returned defective goods to determine cause of defect. If item needs to be repaired due to customer negligence or unnecessary roughness, nominal repair fee and re-shipping charges will apply. If internal workings of clasp breaks, piece will be repaired and re-shipped at no charge.
